Can I gift my monthly facial to a friend or family member?
Absolutely! If you are unable to attend your monthly facial appointment, you have the option to gift it to a loved one. We can even provide you with a beautiful gift voucher that you can give to them.
Can I choose a facial from any of the other memberships?
As a VIP member you have access to every facial within each of subscriptions. The Luxury members have access to Luxury and Essential subscription facials. Essential has access to its own listed services only.
However, all members have 10% off any additional facial you wish to book in addition to your monthly subscription facial. Giving you the option to test out a new facial and still enjoy a preferential rate! And yes, this includes any you purchase as a gift whilst you are a member of Skin Club!
What if I want to add any additional facials?

How does it work?
To make it easy to keep track of, your membership treatments run alongside each calendar month. This means that during each new month, you will have access to your treatment. Once 12 months have passed, you are eligible to book your annual bonus treatment from your plan. Our specialists will collaborate with you to discuss your options, and we will customise the treatments according to your needs. Our goal is to ensure that you achieve maximum results from each appointment.
How do I cancel my membership?
After you have set up your membership, we kindly request that it remains active for a minimum of 6 months. Once this period has passed, you are free to cancel your subscription at any time.
